| 2 | each | Apple, Fuji or Gala, cored, ⅛" wedges |
| 2 | each | Onion, Red, quartered, cored, ⅛" slices along the poles |
| 2 | cups | Mojo Marinade |
| 1 | cups | Simple Syrup |
| ½ | cups | Red wine vinegar |

Preparation
- Mix the mojo marinade, simple syrup and red wine vinegar in a bowl.
- Place the apples and red onion in a storage container, cover with the pickling liquid, cover, label, store under refrigeration. Pickles are ready to use in 24 hours.
