Mason jars may be prepped up to step #3 and covered ahead of time. They will keep for 2 days pre-prepped.

Ingredients

oz. Chocolate sheet cake un-iced, thawed, cut in ¾" slices (8 ea.)
oz. Caramel sauce
4 oz. Sweet Streets chocolate mousse, thawed
½ oz. Whipped cream

Equipment

Preparation

  1. Line the inside of the mason jar with 5 pieces of the chocolate cake. Drizzle the cake pieces with ½ oz. of caramel sauce.
  2. Pipe chocolate mousse into spaces between cake pieces and a layer on top.
  3. Top mousse layer with remaining pieces of cake, drizzle with another ½ oz. of caramel sauce.  
  4. Top cake pieces with whipped cream, drizzle with remaining half ounce of caramel sauce, and garnish with chocolate cake crumbs. Serve immediately.
