- 1 oz. Scale

- Stainless Steel Mixing Bowl
- In the bowl combine the lettuce mix and the house vinaigrette. Toss gently to coat with tongs.
- Plate the lettuce in bowl with tongs. Top evenly with the cherry tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, carrot, and croutons.
- * Add optional appropriately heated protein of Guest’s choice to salad as shown in the photos.
