oz. Lettuce Mix
fl. oz. House Vinaigrette
3 each Cherry tomatoes, quartered
9 each Red onion, quartered, ⅛" slices
6 each Cucumber, Euro, seeded ⅛" x 2" bias cut slices
½ oz. Carrot, fine julienne
¾ oz. Asiago Ciabatta Crouton


  • 1 oz. Scale

  • Stainless Steel Mixing Bowl


  1. In the bowl combine the lettuce mix and the house vinaigrette. Toss gently to coat with tongs.
  2. Plate the lettuce in bowl with tongs. Top evenly with the cherry tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, carrot, and croutons.
