Ingredients

2 oz. Kale, Lacinato, stemmed, leaves chiffonade ¼”
fl. oz. Caesar dressing
1 tbsp. Garlic-chili toasted breadcrumb
oz. Parmesan, fresh, shaved

Equipment

  • Portion Scale
  • Stainless Steel Mixing Bowl
  • Measuring Spoons

Preparation

  1. In the bowl combine the kale and caesar dressing. Massage vigorously with gloved hands.
  2. Plate the dressed kale as shown in the photo.  Sprinkle evenly over the top of the kale the garlic-chili breadcrumb, and shaved parmesan.
