1 each Rich's pizza crust - 12"
4 oz. San Marzano Tomatoes, bite sized pizza
3 oz. Roasted garlic oil
5 oz. Fresh mozzarella, sliced
2 oz. Basil

  • Pizza Peel

  • Convention or Deck Oven
  1. Place frozen crust, breadcrumb side down on the pizza peel, stone or screen (with pan release). 
  2. Top with San Marzano tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, basil and garlic oil. 
  3. Bake for 8-11 minutes or until cheese melts and crust turns golden brown. 
  4. Let pizza rest for 1 minute before cutting.
